A GLIMPSE AT THE CULTURES AND FOODS OF ASIA ( CHINA 1, CHINA 2, JAPAN, KOREA & SINGAPORE, ROA (REST OF ASIA INCL. AUSTRALIA), and INDIA.
This set of lectures is a mix of several classes of Wolgang Gunter – the Tea Class, Dance Class and Architecture and discusses cultural differences and plenty of foods, illustrated with lots of videos which should generate a lively discussion.
Social and Civic Literacy – part of the PA Forward statewide initiative. Literacy is POWER. Libraries provide the fuel.
